Rebel Sketchy returns with his 3rd release on Ground Level with the warehouse rave grooves of Acid Drops.

The original mix starts with some awesome drum patterns building into a hypnotic rising chord sequence before the acid drops, and it drops nicely! Leuce Rhythms take things down a more breakbeat route with a driving roller based around the 303 hook from the original. Label founder Andy McAllister gets nasty with a rising sawtooth bassline and rave stabs while referencing the original throughout.

Arriving just in time for the weekend's parties, here's the third sampler from Stylus Rex's Amplify album with album track Rocks On Hope and a huge remix from Refracture.

Rocks On Hope - Huge steppy drums & wicked techy bass hooks anchor down the trippy topline synths that constantly evolve and change throughout the track. With a driving time change to 6/8 drum patterns into the breakdown and then a build into a warped machinegun bass lift off, there's no shortage of fresh ideas here.

Refracture Remix - A rising star in the breaks scene Refracture takes the energy levels up a notch with his remix, fusing hands in the air breakdowns with some seriously filthy bass and driving beats.
